30-Day Love It or Return It

Got 30 Days: From the day you receive your Lyfe Elixir coffee, you have 30 days to decide if it's a perfect match.

Easy Returns: Not in love? No problem. Just send us an email at support@lyfeelixir.com. We'll guide you on how to send it back to us.

Sealed & Unopened: Make sure the coffee is just how you got it - unopened and in its original packaging.

Refund Time: Once we get your coffee back, we'll put your money right back where it came from. Give it a few days to show up in your account.
What If It's Opened?
We understand, you had to try it. If you opened it and didn't love it, reach out to us. Let's talk and find a way to make you happy.

Received the wrong item? Or is something off? Tell us ASAP at info@lyfeelixir.com. We're here to fix it fast.
Sale Items & Gifts
Just a heads up, items bought on sale or received as gifts can't be returned for a refund. But we're reasonable folks, so if there's a real issue, we're all ears.

Before you send anything back, please email us for the go-ahead and instructions. We can't take back items sent without a heads up.
